ACK, not a fan of arm tattoos on chicks (AFAIC the whole back, stomach, and ass are fair game, but no tit tats for me either) - that bottom MLP pic reminds me of one of my favs, though, Anne Hathaway - I've honestly never seen anyone who looked quite like her, but those eyes and lips just make me melt:

I don't mind tatooos at all if they are well done and have shapes that are coherent with the body. In Nicole's case (my girlfriend, the girl in the picture up there) she'll have a lot of tattoos in the next years and if I would mind that then I'd be in for some problematic times.
I once had a girlfriend with more than 50% of her body covered and it looked good too. The more tattoos you have, the less you see them.
