On Anthrax's Web site, they state that they have taped a segment for Headbanger's Ball on MTV... and they even display the old "HBB" logo! Does this mean that The Ball is going to be back??? Huh? I'm in shock! My teen years were spent eagerly awaiting Saturday nights when Metal,(I'm talkin' REAL Metal) ruled a two hour slot on the Pop music chanel. Is it true that I may be able to re-live all of that again?
For the love of all that is, I hope that it really is a Metal show! Not some damned excuse to play Staind, Limp Triskit, and Blink 182 videos over and over and pass it off as Metal to the un-knowing masses. Let's get 'Thrax, Opeth, Emperor, Immortal, and all the other real bands on there!
