Headphone amp?

I was wondering what my options are for using headphones with my current set up.

I just recently got Tapco S5 monitors. Before I used to use my PC speakers which had a headphone jack. Problem is since Im not using my PC speakers anymore, headphones are no longer an option. So far, the most suitable thing to I've found that could solve this is getting some sort of headphone amp with monitor outs.

That being said, do you guys have any recommendations? And I don't plan to spend too much either. For now, cheaper = better

Yeah the behringer amp is actually ok (used one at another studio), but I am probably still gonna get the HP4 when I need one just cause I am afraid of getting any behringer stuff.
