+ Headphone Distribution System?

I am looking for a good headphone distribution system. I think a 4-channel will be enough for me. My budget is about 100 $. Any good advice?

go to a fucking pawn shop or used music store and buy whatever rackmount headphone amp you can find for about $50. easy.
