That, and there need to be more places to sit - whether it be chairs or stools, that aren't about to fall apart, patrons should be allowed to have their alcohol anywhere inside the establishment, and food should be more accessible to those under 21 (as food is ordered in the lounge where kids aren't allowed).
If they need to hire more people to keep an eye on kids and make sure they aren't sneaking drinks, then so be it! The guests' comfort shouldn't be comprimised because the place is too cheap to have enough employees monitoring it.
And no more inviting adults in at soundcheck (so they can start buying drinks) while the kiddos have to stand in line out in the rain for the doors to officially open. I saw that happen once and it really pissed me off. Money money money.

I was a few months from 21 when that happened, so I didn't enjoy seeing that and still wouldn't now. They invited Derick in, and of course he stayed out in the rain with me. Believe me, pouring rain and 40 degrees - no fun.
The only chairs we ever managed to get in there were a couple of wobbly stools that the padding was coming off of. That's all they have as far as seats. No matter what your age is or when you're let in, you're hard pressed to find anywhere to sit.
I believe that was the evening of the King Diamond show we went to. Now several years later, I was talking to Matt Thompson and he recalled how much he hated playing Jaxx

BLearghrhg. Jay Nedry is such an ass sometimes, ALWAYS a business man first and a human second. He has been talking about this for over a year, he even came very close to selling it about 8 months ago.

with that being said.... it can't be easy to run a club.... imagine the kind of BS he needs to go through
on a daily basis - now granted, it's also because he hires strippers to be bartenders, but still.... lotsa BS.
He is bi-Polar... and golly I hope it is just a temporary insanity...
