You seem to hit every Joey buzzword in one title. Sounds like you are trying to replicate something like Oceano. I dig the drums for the most part, the whole mix has quiet a loose buildup in the low end though

Wooo! As in their are too many instruments clashing in the low end. Loose describing that it's very dynamic sounding (very quiet and then loud etc)

yeah...hmmm should i use some C4 on the mastering chain to even the lows a little? or should i go over every instrument and fix it individually?

Rule of thumb is always fix it in the mix if you can. Mastering should enhance, not fix. Just my 2 cents
