Broke is still one of my favorite albums to date! it brings so many memories.

i was in New Mexico when this came out.
Those were crazy times for me!! We used to party our asses off like every day, drinking, smoking and singing "We just wanna to feel good! I just wanna to feel good..."

they're awful now, and the singer is a fucking prick to work with

his mic was crackling (bad cable) and I was running up to the stage to fix it and he said over the PA "get up here and fix my microphone or I'll fucking kill you cracker"

First album's snare sound is fuckin sick, always loved this band :kickass:

Yeah man they're just dicks now, rubbish music, stupid message, shitty people, bummer :(

I loved the first 2 albums. I think it kinda went down hill after that though. They lost most lot of the original members and was never the same to my ears.

All professionalism aside, if the artist says into the PA he'll kill me, it's master fader time.

Plus fucking one. Or, "Oh shit, I was going to fix your cable when I heard it cutting out, but I thought it actually made you sound better, plus I didn't want my beer to get warm."

Dissing the sound guy is like dissing a cook right before he makes you a meal. You don't shit where you eat, and you don't disrespect the sound guy. Period. At least until after the show is over and you don't plan to work with said sound guy at any point in the future.

Yup. It's not like I grab the mic during the show and announce that the bass is out of tune, or that the drummer is constantly behind. Yeah, sure, you can criticize me after the show, but a public announcement, especially if it's because something you're not responsible for, is really fucking unprofessional and disrespectful. Had this happen once (I had to turn the PA really, really low because the bar owner told us so during the gig), and if it wasn't a dear friend who did that, I would have been absolutely fucking pissed off.

Loved the first Album. Great stuff to me, still today.
Saw them this year in Frankfurt. Total Bullshit! :ill:

One of those shows I would be better off, if I hadn't seen it (I hate american grammar :D )...like LimpBizkit 1 Week ago.

A few things should stay in the 90's

Cheers, Markus.

These dudes are now signed to a subsidiary label of Insane Clown Posse's main label lol. Its a shame. The last time I saw them live the lead singer came out like "What? y'all aint eva seen a nigga before". Seriously get over yourself man. Then they played a bad cover of bulls on parade.
