i actually saw them twice. one in ozzfest and the other one at a club in lubbuck. as far as i remember they were pretty good...but we were all wasted so, i just can't confirm any of this.

but i really admire their fist two records, because they had the best bass, drum, guitar sound compared to how other records sounded back then.

Does anyone know who mixed blackout or broke??

I always liked the guitar tone on the "broke" album. Distortion blended with a clean/crunch channel worked really well for them.

Broke - uhhhh? It was produced by Machine, thats all I got

i think they used strats...really low tuned, but then later they started using 7 strings...but yeah man...the one string guitar sound was pretty mad!

One guy used a strat, the other an Ibanez RG I believe
