Amen, brother.

Helloween are definately more of an aquired metal taste, so I understand those who don't get into them. At the same time, at least they stick out from all the watered down clone bands out there.

New Helloween news: Mark Cross is out before he ever did anything with the band. Apparently they've brought in some guy with Running Wild (who's had a hundred different members), so their new line-up should be all set.... just in time for PP4.0!!! (hint, hint)

Despite the bands new album title "Rabbits Don't Come Easy" reminding me of something as stupid as "Pink Bubbles Go Ape", I feel that it will be a strong powerful album and one of the bests of 2003. I think they deserve to headline Prog Power. They are a great and and one of my personal favorites. "Better Than Raw" is one of my favorite album ever. These guys should definetly play Prog Power if you ask me.

In a new interview with Michael Weikath found here:

www.helloween.org

He said the band would definitely be open to playing the festival, now that the band's lineup isn't in a state of flux.

There you have it...they want to play Progpower!

Headliners, what?

Helloween would be the best band at progpower! This will be my first year at the show, would be incredible to see Helloween in the states again! I'm sure I'll like whoever plays anyway, tho--

"some drummer from Running Wild"? How about Stefan Schwarzman of RW, UDO, Voice and a ton of other killer bands. This guy is gonna be a real nice fit with Helloween. He's no Mikkey Dee, but he's damn good.
