Hi guys,

I am new to all this recording/mastering/mixing game but found the courage to grab this beast by the neck :) ..after months of reading about mixing i finally descided to recod a small track without vocals (still geting the money together for the microphone :)) an try to mix it.

Drums:
I've used DFH and equed them to what I've learned here.

Guitar:
DI guitars going trough LePou Lecto V1 and some cabinet pulses form redwirez.

Bass:
DI bass going trough Ampeg SVX.

Please don+t hesitate to give any feed back on the mixes- I hope it's not to bad :(

Regards,
Denis

if this your first mixes, congrats it's good first mixes.

my first mix is bad if I'm compared with yours.
sorry I cant comment anything about gtr/bass/drum cause my ears fuck up right now and need some rest.

cheers bro :headbang:

Not bad at all for a first mix, pretty well balanced. I think the bass tone could improve, it´s a bit too low and flubby IMO, guitars are cool. Drums are, well, DFH. They could use some humazining, but they´re not bad either. Good job!

Just gonna take more practice to refine things. It's not bad though for a first try. Snare doesn't snap enough though.

Hey guys,

Well in the mean while I found some mistakes that I made and those were mostly on the bass guitar and the snare :) ... I guess you all have very well trained ears by now.:) Tnak you for the commnets.

Here is what I did now for the bass guitar and what is bothering me:
