HELP of real Fans urgently needed!!!!

I'm taking part in a metal quiz and need some information on the Saxon CD "Killing Ground". The question is whom Nibbs Carter dedicated the Album to, as written in the booklet.
Who of you has the CD and can send me the answer. Would be nice to have the answer as soon as possible.

It's right, I' m not one of the "big iron Fans" of Saxon, though of course they're one of the greatest Bands, the Metal scene has ever seen and of course I love their music. But as I'm just a poor student I can't buy all CD' s even if I wanted to.
But hopely this one will be one of the next to buy.

For many years I got every single CD off ebay...hardly pay more than 2 or 3 euros (compared to 15+ in the stores)..Music industry surely doesn' honour that but because of this I NEVER copied any official release by any band up to now ...
