Help Please! Quick Steven Slate Question

So I just recently bought the Steven Slate ex, and for the life of me I have no idea what I'm doing wrong I can't get anything to pan. I've everything I can think of, within my daw and within kontakt and everything just seems to still come out centered. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions??

Check the mixer in your DAW and see what Kontakt is routed to. Make sure it's not routed to a mono channel or something like that and that it's pointed to the outputs that go to your L/R stereo monitor track.
