well before I make the jump into bass vsti.. i want to try and see if my pitch shift guitar simulating a bass guitar can do the job.. here is a jam i made up on the fly..

What job is that exactly? Again, if this is intended for a demo/scratch track, it sounds fine. If you actually want to use it for an official mix, then you should definitely look into an bass vsti.

Btw, it works pretty great if while listening to this track you imagine snoopy playing it
