and my sister keeps insisting on buying me Eric Clapton cds simply because i play guitar. i believe her only reason for buying them for me is that she likes him. last year's Christmas present was opened when i got it because they wanted to listen to it on the way down.

The presence of two singers with almost identical first names reminds me of a misspelling that made me laugh wildy upon sighting it in both a record store and at the marquee of the Downtown last week: Devon Townsend.
