To be honest it's a shit guitar, it has one PASSIVE pickup, just buy a Jackon Rhoads Pro or US select model and then put EMG81s in it. Much better.

it's available everywhere except in the land of the free and home of the brave..

the sv standard has 2 active emg 81's and is cheaper than an rr1, at least where i live.. the only thing i don't like is the inlays

I'm staying with my Kelly, and fitting EMG81s to it. I'd have preferd a KE2, but thats near £2000 compared to the £800 I payed. Transparent Blue finish was thrown in for free.

plus it has 24 frets which seems to be what every one wants in a rhoads nowadays! but we aaall now how the story goes
people want it with their baggy armypants, they're t-shirt with cool phrases, dyed hair, maybeline and jewelry! after that all you need is talent, 4 talented band members, an original idea of what you want you music to sound like, alot of fucking luck and MAYBE you'll end up as another copycat ala joe stump etc...
