Ive been missing out on this forum, i pretty much only used the facebook group as of late but i miss the feedback i get on here, heres a mix my band just released were recording our EP so theres still time to make changes before the entire EP is released.

Those facebook groups are such clusterfucks of fanboying and useless critique, I don't know how anyone could stand them. That said, the mix is good but needs work. The kick gets buried super easily, and the drums really lack body overall. They also sound really robotic, and it sounds like you're running chango samples would explain it. The guitars could use less 2.5K and some more 800hz warmth. The half-screamed half-wailed vocals during the choruses REALLY gets on my nerves but it's performance-related rather than mix-related.
