How can i add an image .. help me

I have been trying to put an image with my posts and i give a click on the "insert image" icon and it ask me for an url .. and i ask myself what a hell is an url can somebady answerme please .. maybe an stupid question but what a hell is "url"

go to www.photobucket.com and create a photo album.

After you've loaded your pictures in , simply copy the given link that begins with
