How do I achieve this effect?

Hey guise! Does anyone have any idea how to achieve this effect? Is it a moog of some sort?

I'm pretty sure that Reason comes with a lot of patches with those sounds, the background effect is a dark sounding synth with the res filters being automated, the "lead" is probably a high pitched sine or square wave or some kind of basic sound with glide and reverb effects.

Sound like that sweaping synth has several highly detuned saws + Bandpass or LP with high resonance + delay and reverb.

Saw or Square wave, some funky random pitches, automate eq filter sweep, leave the highs out, automate the bass down and mids higher.
