Can i make this effect with vst?

is there any way to achieve it with vst?

sounds like a regular lead synth to me...

very simple.... Square lead with some filter ...most likely Band pass of low pass...
you can use simple Square oscillator (which is probably in any synthesizer) or you can use digital distortion and set it to extreme digital cliping (everything in positive values distort to same value and everything in negative distort to opposite). this way you can turn any sound into that effect.

It's a pitch pedal. You can achieve this with Guitar rig or Th2

Just noticed those subdroping sounds on transients... yes... it's probably Pitch pedal... saw this in guitar rig as Harmonizer

If you have a vst synth with input to it's filter, then use an S/H (random) LFO modulating the filter. Some filters have vocal/vowel types, try those, otherwise a low-pass filter. Play with the resonance, not too much unless you like it more "spikey". There might be some auto-wahs with random settings?
