How do you use drop box?

Ok, tried the search function, no good. Googled it, still no good.
Done it a while back, but have forgotten how to.
Need a quick run down on how to get a link for a wav file, I have it in my public folder, then I dont know what to do next, any help would be appreciated, thanx.

It's not that hard so I guess you did figure it out

Mac or PC you just drop your files into the public folder.

It's pretty simple if you ask me .
