How does this mix sound (ENGL/Wagner)

I'm trying out my ENGL with impulses. It's 4 tracks, 2 of Wagner into the Framus V30 impulse plus 2 tracks of the ENGL. The bass is DI'd.

What do you guys think?

The ENGL seems to sound a bit fizzy when recorded, both through impulses and mic'd up. I think perhaps it sounds better at higher volumes.

Sounds pretty good to me! Maybe some more EQing to bring it out more...and the bass seems to be a bit loud, might be just me though.

Can you post up the individual wagner and engl tracks? I'm having a hard time discerning which is which..and what ENGL are you using?

Bass is too loud. Guitars are too messy, due to 4 tracks + too much gain i guess.

Maybe a bit too much gain...I can't really hear with the bass covering the palm mutes like that.
