I would personally look at angelfire.com. they give you ample webspace and lots of tools for designing sites without knowing html. plus its all free

I could host it for you. My friend gave me 5 gb hosting // 40 gb File Transfer, so hosting it wouldnt be a problem, unless your gonna be hosting mass amounts of porn, and spreading the link to many many forums
