How is the Blaze custom 7 ?

Im about to buy this pickup. My guitar is just the cheapo ibanez 7321.

yeah its actually a really decent guitar. Here it seems like i have 3 options emg81-7, 707 or blaze, nothing else. And i dont want to go back with actives.

i have blazes in my Universe and i have been quite impressed with them, especially as i am not a Di Marzio fan. normally DiM pups are too squashed sounding for my taste but i really like what the Blazes do when coupled with my 6505.

I can now assure you that the Di Marzio D-Sonic 7 is a great pickup.
I think it was Blaze on my old RG 7620 but I sold it before I ever could test it on a recording situation.
