How the heck do I fit an organ into my mix?

Im about to start recording a coll little sideproject here with a couple of friends playing some kind of 70's hard rock and we're gonna use loads of organs on the recording.

Have any of you got any good tips on how to get a solid mix between two guitars and an organ in a mix without wiping out everything else?

I can't say I've ever done it, but you might want to use Opeth's 'Epilogue' for refference. Fredrik Nordstrom used the hammond as a nice atmospheric 'bed' whilst the lead guitar still cut through like a knife.

B3 kind of stuff? A pain in the ass to find the right place in the mix. It depends on the drawbar settings really.
