how to export all the tracks into wavs at 1 time with cubase?

hi there mates

well to save time i really need to export the tracks of my proyect, for example 4 tracks into 4 wavs at the same time? , im using cubase, can i do that in cubase?

or

bounce each track into continuous files

save to new folder.
all your files will be in the new folder's audio file
