How to growl?

How do I do to get a good growl or scream? Anyone who have the experience? I how to do whithout hurt your voice?

That might not help him. Every time I try to search for something, it says "Sorry, that word is too long."

the best answers lie in the ancient threads buried somewhere between page 3 and 20 I think...

nobody wants to type all of that again, so we complain about the search engine instead.

Warm up-don't try to go really high or low without warming up.


Take a few basic singing lessons so you get the idea on how to do it right

Well I dont know . I growl all the time at home. all I do is like kinda gargle/scream real low. thats all I really do ..its sound werid to..

practice with a PA so you actually hear how you're coming out. Mic technique is really important. if it hurts you're doing something wrong. practice. search the forum. the end.

When you warm up, make sure you breath deep and hum and stuff, it loosens your vocal chords and gets your body ready for the torture you're about to put it through.
