How to install plugs ins to Protools LE 7.4

I downloaded a plug in (Sansamp PSA 1) and it is on my desktop, but I have NO IDEA how to make the plug in show up in the protools mix window so I can use it on a guitar track. I'm totally clueless and could not find the answer in the reference guide. please help if you can.

move it to your plugin folder...

Library > App Support > Digidesign > plugs

Make sure pt is closed then reopen after moving it and it should be there
