Protools LE 7.4 and M-Audio Help

This is probably in the wrong forum but I'm too frustrated to find the right one. Anyway.... here's my issue.

I just built a PC, Window XP Pro, Dual Core 2, 3.0ghz, 2gb Ram, Pro Tools LE 7.4

When I go to setup my midi devices, M-Audio Trigger Finger and Oxygen8, in the Midi Studio, M-Audio isn't even listed as a manufacturer??? WTF???? It has every other company but that one. It's also troubling because M-Audio has partnered up with them.

Please someone help me figure this out... All I want to do is set it up and get to the metal already!!!

Do they work? Are they shown in the input devices list?
I've never had to set up USB MIDI devices in the MIDI Studio setup. You use that for something like controlling your yamaha Rev 7 within PT.
