How's the mix on this one? + solo over it! :)

How good is that Rifftracker?? i´m planning to buy it just for song writing.
Is the instantdrumer good as well? you know it is able to put some good doble bass drum rhythms??

The other guitarist in my band has a rifftracker, it's alright, but the instantdrummer doesn't have any double bass rhythms or anything remotely metal sounding imo. It is alright for just laying down ideas quickly though i must admit.

Hey CGord, you have recorded this tracks with the tone port? or you use the Pod??

It is posible to add Wav loops tracks or something, or just the tracks of the instantdrummer?

Thanks

The RiffTracker package from Line 6 is the GuitarPort with RiffWorks software, everything I've recorded is with those two products. RiffWorks can't import .mp3 or .wav files yet, hopefully they'll get that sorted out before too long. You can import .rex files.

There are a bunch of different drum patterns available for the Instant Drummer; a handful come with the program, & the rest are like 10 bucks each.

Go here: InstantDrummers : Sonoma Wire Works, Online Store to check out the various Instant Drummer patterns. Each drummer that you buy has different beats in it (labeled like verse 1, verse 2, prechorus, chorus, intro, outro, etc). You can alter bar length, tempo, intensity, & pattern variation, & add reverb, eq, etc. You can alter time signature, but most all of them are designed for 4/4.
