Humanizing a midi track logic 9 / fruity loop

I know i can select all the data and randomize the velocity via function - humanize - operate only
but how about the position of the midi data itself? am i able to select all the data and apply the same technique? as in moving it slight forward or backward.. do i make sense?
i am fiddling around with logic and fruityloop.. so advices are greatly appreciated.
