It's a bit of a lie... as you see, it's a world (UK not included) tour. But it was the same with their european (UK not included) tour.

...its not meant to mean behind the eye... that's just how impaled artworks are. The band themselves made diff sigs but they all say music in a jugular vein. Its on their cds too.
