uhm well the guitar tone is not that great, too muddy and got a phasey sound.
Drums/vocals are good though, but pay attention to the drums, there's some strange compression going on, can you hear the pumping at the beginning on the hihat?
keep on working on it an post some more

I see others on these forums (and I been studying it for over a year) I wonder how they develop their skills, I must be fucking stupid or something cos I been at this now hardcore for about 3 years!
hmm.. struggling to hear the phase other than on the first guitar intro
its just the catharsis IR's thought they were supposed to be the bees knees..
but no i cant hear the phase problem.
Theres a bit too much compression on the track possibly me trying to get it loud.. oh and I like it loud , most of what I listen to is loud and sounds great much better than the Beatles!
but the suggestions of how to get stuff loud around here confuse me, I think clipping the crap out of it doesnt work, sounds more like clever use of eq, for example I can still turn down a loud track and it has a certain loudness to it.

well it's too muddy, try boosting some highs and removing some lowmids!
Better tweaking your plugin better, it's not definately catharsis impulses' fault, it's more of a distortion issue you got there!

I have not used 4 amps on this one but judging by the way Katatonia record their amps you need a least 4 mics.. I wonder if... hmm phase maybe what I lust after..
