For instance, the Dual Rec is a very loud amp at very low master volume settings. Only problem is that it doesn't sound very good low on the knobs. You can activate the built in FX loop attenuator to cut the volume, but then your tone dulls out and doesn't really sound any better. To get the Recto to breathe you need to juice it, get the channel and master volumes cooking, find the balance which happens to be a very small sweet spot. The big problem is that you just about reach cabinet distortion before the entire tone washes out due to power tube saturation, which kills your clarity. The Triples get to cabinet distortion before they get close to power tube saturation, so they still have some headroom left over, and that is a desirable thing. The Triples are not a "friendly neighbor" amp, but the best of the Recto line if you have the luxury to take it to that place.
I agree that it sounds a bit like a Bogner or Soldano.
It's quite common these days to see bands recording/reamping through amps that the studio owns rather than their own, so I think it's a pretty safe bet that it's something from that photo.
Don't forget the lovely fenders... I think I can see a vibroverb, deluxe reverb and a bassman? You're going to have to spend a lot of dolla to get this sound if you're going hardware.
