There's one part I can't play very well. In the videos, Mikael says that it's the hardest part on the album. Still want to learn it though.

yea, that's pretty challenging at first, but after a while your fingers learn to kind of flow with it and get it... I definately think it isn't the hardest riff on the album, but it probably is the most 'extreme' as Mikael puts it.

I can play the entire song including the studio version solo the only trouble I have is getting that bar chord thats played in the intro and the first riff. Its just too damn hard anybody have tips on how to play that chord.

you could use a capo...

bar the 8th fret with your index finger, using your middle finger, hit the 10th fret on the A string and with your pinky the 12th fret on the D string... thats what i do... its complicated either way

yea that is how I play it but because of how far a reach it is to the 12 fret it causes my index finger to have a lot of trouble bar the entire 8 fret so the notes on the top three strings(E,B,G) either sound really shitty or they get muted all together.
