Preferably one that owns a pair of nice monitors. I'm mixing on headphones, (Sennheiser HD 280s.) and can't tell if this mix is too bass heavy or not. It sounds beefy from my end, but it's hard to tell.

Yeah, it's too bass heavy I'd say. Just an opinion though. It's just like a wall of low end.

I have a pair of Rockit 6 speakers I'm listening to this through....not the best out there but for all practical purposes sound pretty good.


Bass end is just dominating the mix....sounds like you have a lot of power in the 80Hz and below range. I feel the levels are off a bit too....I'd say if you can seize up on the "sub" frequencies...and balance the mix better....this would sound pretty badass

yeah lots of bass. guitars are drowned out and i had to increase my monitor volumes to hear them. if you bring them out just a bit to sit well with the vox it'll sound bad ass
