I did it, I bought a mesa Dual Rectifier 2 ch.

i bought my recto and a mesa cab for 800$ together from a friend who just had a kid and needed quick money to move.

i told him i would buy it in payments and he was cool with giving to me upfront.

i gave him 300$ then sold the cab to my other guitar player for 500$

gave the 500$ back to dude..

i got a triple recto for 300$. dude was totally cool with it. he needed money, i needed gear.

best deal ever.
