Video 14 (the posted video) just reminds me of working at an aged care facility. I used to see that kinda stuff somewhat regular. He just seems like a slightly confused old man having some fun.
If you make it through the vid (or just fastforward to the end if you cant) Video 15 comes up in the related video list afterwards. In Video 15 it features this lovely gentlemen wearing a winnie the pooh t-shirt, same diaper, earrings and poorly drawn lipstick.
I really dont see what the big deal is all about. I thought tough metal dudes were generally classed as being indifferent towards things off-center.
