i feel really bad for my landlord

having no heat/hot water for so long, i finally broke down and told my dad it was happening.

and then i gave my dad his # and his address.

poor poor mr. herskowitz.

when you call my landlord he answers the phone and says hello like this:



HAAAAAAAAWWWWWLLLLLOOOOWWWWWWWW?

my dad:

"Ima get my construction racket out there to brooklyn and build that motherfucker a goddamn wheelchair ramp. HE'LL FUCKIN NEED IT! THE FUCKING FUCK! FUCK WITH MY KIDS!"

at this point my mom takes the phone and says 'so, did i tell you i got marie one of those polaroid mini cameras for christmas?'
