Chain is OD808 - 6505 - Mesa OS -Audix I5 - GoldenAge pre73 deluxe w/HP@50hz.

Guitar tone is 100% raw.

OD808 drive: 9 o'clock, Tone 12 o'clock, Balance 12 o'clock

6505 normal input, lead channel
Pre Gain 5.5, Low 10, Mid 3.5, Treble 4.5, Post Gain 2, Reso 7, Pres 8.5

I used the output of TSE 808 + TSE X50 as test tone rather than the usual sine wav and deconvolved the original signal (aka Wild Hades method) so If you replicate the amp settings above with these plugins, it should sound pretty close.

do you prefer the normal input with more pre gain insted of the hi-input with less pre gain? i never thought about the normal input yet

Never gave it too much thought to be honest. As you know the amp has shit tons of gain anyway.

after trying it i like the normal input more than the higain in conjunction with the lead channel. its more open and less compressed. i don't really know why i never tried that..
