I used to want to work in intelligence...still wouldn't mind it. I've already got a security clearance, speak more than one language, and have served in the military as well. Intelligence just isn't what it used to be, though.
Mainly because they fuck up something almost every day.
A few years ago I was interested in clandestine operations within the CIA/DIA/NSA/DEA/ATF, etc., but somewhere along the way I became disillusioned. I could move back to the states right now and get a job as an intelligence analyst or systems operator (i.e., electronic monitoring and stuff) with one of the agencies to start, finish my degree and become a full agent, but Italy's just too damn awesome right now.
I've already worked for the government once...sneaky bastards.
But hey, Karen...if you really want to, I'll go in with you!
It'll be like Mr. and Mrs. Smith; only without the romance haha!

i need to give my old job (fye) a call soon and see if they'd be able to take me back when i get home next week. miiight be able to get an asst manager position but doubting it, but having any job would be nice now. and as long as im not working at walmart, ill never say i hate retail again.
