because i usually work 9am-past midnight on tuedays, but i took the night off for the show

meaning i can cook dinner and watch 24 for the first time this whole season.

when i lived in philly in 2000, the city was hosting the Republican National Convention. i attended a "Shadow Convention" criticizing the GOP's policies and watched Bush's acceptance speech in an auditorium with a panel of commentators (including Harry Shearer) who made MST3K-like wisecracks throughout.

the reason i mention this is because you Kayo Dotters should have a shadow show, at my house, down the street from O'Brien's.
