people paying more than 6000 fucking euros per course
without knowing shit about music

the other day they invited some famous AE (Pepe loaches) to talk at a seminar about Audio engineering .
he has worked with stevie wonder, paul mccartney, julio iglesias, paco de lucia...etc
he has 5 grammys.
40 years in the business
he has worked on many countries

well you can imagine all the useful information this man has in his mind.

and they posted it on youtube

you have a fucking hour and a half seminar
AND NO ONE ASKED ONE FUCKING SERIOUS QUESTION ABOUT AUDIO ENGINEERING.

OK...my rant is over...

this made my realize one more time how wonderful is this place

I'm so glad that I'm studying this stuff in a school that's actually interesting and has great, knowledgeable teachers. To me it's just so weird that these very big schools like SAE and Full Sail have such a bad reputation, whereas our school to which only 5 music technologists can pass the tests to in a year has had a great of people successfully go professional after graduation.
