Hmmm its telling me that my picture is too big, how do I make it smaller?

Well since i'm a Cro-Magnon, I use paint to adjust the size of the pictures.

Since I'm also Cro-Magnum, I need more help, paint only lets me cut out a small piece of the picture, instead of actually making is smaller.
