I just made a parts list for my ideal computer

Yeah, enquiring minds wanna know..

Hey Xeno, think you could FedEx me some Jamba Juice? I miss that stuff.. *pouts*

I have the HTML fiels saved... maybe a screenshot would be good...
It's fucking ridiculous, since It has a 21 inch LCD monitor, a flat panel 60" plasma display ($14000) a projector for larger displays (whole wall?) and two video cards (one for design, one for gamin)

unfortunately, some of hte componens aren't compatible, since it's all on Tigerdirect.
it needs some fine tuning... and a few more parts
the whole thing is fuckingridiculous...
*grabs list*

For that kind of money it's prpobably also possible to buy two pc's tuned for the thing you want to do with it(design or gaming) would probably solve some compatibility problems... but then again, that's probably not the biggest problem:p

Who needs a $50000 car if you can get $50000 computer? That kind of thing is the ultimate substitute for life. :D mmmm... 60'' plasma display *drools*

But there's never enough beer so, maybe $10000 for beer and the rest for the computer.

Aww.... *hug* it would spoil by the time it got there.

My Ideal machine would be the Alienware Area51 3.2 ghz with a Samsung 191T 19" LCD... probably only about $3200 for the whole package, and not a bad deal either. :D

I want to get a quad processor server motherboard, with four AMD processors (whatever is the best I can getwhen I do it), then put a shitload of ram in it (ideally around 32-64 gigs to keep up with the processors), then seal it in a mylard casing, and pump cooled R-134a through it so I can overclock it at over 100 ghz (wiht 3200+ Athlons):D
Then, have workstations hooked up to that and have them only us a small distributor and leech off of that so you can run a lot of workstations and keep the costs down...
