I just made an Opeth compilation CD for a friend...

and it turned out damn good! Here is the tracklist:

2. Forest Of October
3. Bleak
4. Demon Of The Fall
5. Requiem
6. The Apostle In Triumph
7. Patterns In The Ivy
8. Blackwater Park
9. To Bid You Farewell

Every disc is represented, and the total time is 79:10 so it fits perfectly on an 80 minute CD-R. I chopped off the last couple of seconds of "Demon..." because it normally has the first few beats of "Credence" at the end.

Can you do better than this???

Looks good. It took me a couple of hours to decide which songs should be on it and in what order. There is not one song on their five CDs that I dislike.

I think I'll try to make a compilation of The Crown next, which should be a bit easier.

yeah, i was only meant to make a mix cd of various stuff, but opeth had to take up a whole cd, and then the other songs have to take up 2 cds instead of one
