I Listened To DOD For The 1st Time...

...and I am impressed! I saw IE open for Amorphis a few months back and I liked what I saw, but I was expecting this LP to be a bit more Death-Vox driven. To my surprise, there is a lot of catchy-clean vox melody parts that are really good. Good stuff!

How would anyone compare BIO to DOD? Similiar?

Two Completely Different Animals! IMO ofcourse

BiO is a bit faster, heavier, and complex, more death vox and better production.. not to say that DoD isnt amazing, cause it is, but IMO the band really stepped it up with BiO

What really did it with BiO for me was the addition of Chris Kralls vocals ... plus everything else you mentioned that I completely agree with! I cant wait to hear to hear them record with Stu!
