same reason they did not record anything else "officially" other than what's on the CM DVD. never got around to it... but they're still recording and compiling stuff for a DVD... so who knows

Yea I know those bastards filmed it when they played at Jaxx last, or at least they claimed they were filming the whole show. Im not really even gonna guess at a release date for the dvd anyhow.

check out www.stevesmyth.com and search for some nevermore vids. some kid recorded a bunch of shit on his phone and upped it to the internet, and its floating around on that site somewhere....
