I need an artist to do a cover artwork

I mean I don't need Travis Smith or guys with a big budget, I need someone to make me a photomanipulation artwork at a good price.
I checked deviantart.com , I'm contacting few buddies, let's see how it goes.
Anyway if you got a name please chime in, maybe they're cheaper!

if you don't know what's photomanipulation look at you nevermore/testament/arch enemy albums cover, that's it.
