I feel I'm struggling to get a decent balance with this mix. I'm running pro tools.
Slate trigger on drums, guitars are done with impulses, bass is sans amp di, i'm slamming the vox pretty hard with compression. master bus has ssl comp and t-racks eq>clipper.
. Can anyone give me some suggestions with eq and mastering? Which frequencies should I worry about here? Am I overdoing it with the clipper?
