i need some serious help guys

You make 2 separate impulses. One of the center mic and one with the angled mic. And yeah i cant record a cab without at least that mic configuration

Nah dude, set the mics up, record enable both tracks, record the sine sweep through both at the same time.

Then, set the faders so you have the appropriate mix between the two (or maybe you keep them even), and bounce those two files to a mono file, then use that to deconvolve, and voila!

Hahaha, nah, I ushered him into the other room, but my parents let him back in while I was making my last couple of sweeps, and when I came down he was super excited and clingy (a sure sign that he's terrified, he gets the same way with thunder and the vacuum  )

what he said lol

Now that i think about it, wouldnt you want the ability to adjust both impulses, just like you would with the individual faders after recording the cab?
